Withdraw from contract here
If you bought through this website and still have a statutory right of withdrawal, you can send the notice here. You can also send a clear message to bjorn@sundbynaturhus.se. You do not need to give a reason.
For digital content, the statutory withdrawal period is normally 14 days from conclusion of the contract. It can end once supply begins only when the required express consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation have been provided. Submitting a notice is not the same as automatic approval of a refund. Rights concerning defective digital content remain separate.

Withdrawal notice form
If you bought through this website and still have a statutory right of withdrawal, you can send the notice here. For digital content, the right can end once delivery begins if you expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right.
The function is free to use and is an additional way to send a withdrawal notice; you can also contact us by email. Complaints about defective digital content are separate from the statutory right of withdrawal.
See the Terms of Sale & Refunds and Privacy Notice. If the online function is temporarily unavailable, send your notice by email without waiting for the form to return.
Optional model withdrawal form for email or post
Use this form only if you wish to withdraw. A clear message in your own words is also sufficient.
