Digital products

Sundby Model Works sells downloadable digital model files. No physical product is shipped unless a listing explicitly says otherwise. Each product page describes the included files, supported scales, revision, print-test status and known limitations.

3D-printing results depend on printer calibration, slicer settings, material and assembly. A successful result therefore cannot be guaranteed on every printer, but mandatory consumer rights concerning defective digital content are not limited by these terms.

Prices and payment

The total price, currency and applicable VAT are shown before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. The final purchase control clearly indicates that placing the order creates an obligation to pay.

Delivery

Digital purchases are normally delivered immediately after successful payment by a private download link sent by email and shown on the purchase confirmation page. Standard download access lasts 7 days and allows up to 10 download starts; keep a local copy of the ZIP. If a valid link expires or the allowance is exhausted, contact us with the order reference so we can review and, where appropriate, issue replacement access. If customer-location or VAT evidence conflicts, delivery may be paused for review. Do not pay a second time in that situation; contact us with the existing order reference.

Right of withdrawal and immediate digital delivery

Consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, that right can end when supply begins if the consumer has first expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will thereby be lost, subject to the applicable statutory requirements.

Where immediate delivery is offered, checkout therefore asks for this consent separately before the order can be placed. The consent text, timestamp and applicable Terms version are recorded with the order and repeated in the purchase confirmation sent in a durable form.

If you still have a statutory right of withdrawal, you can use our online Withdraw from contract here function. It records the notice and its submission time and provides an acknowledgement. You may also send a clear withdrawal notice by email or post. Using the online function is not required in order to exercise a right that otherwise applies.

Submitting a withdrawal notice does not itself determine whether the statutory right remains available for a particular order. If the legal requirements for ending the withdrawal right were not met, statutory rights remain unaffected.

Problems, complaints and refunds

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, materially different from its description or otherwise defective, contact bjorn@sundbynaturhus.se with the order reference and a short description of the problem. Where appropriate, we may provide a corrected file, replacement download, price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Refund requests are assessed separately from statutory withdrawal rights and statutory rights concerning defective digital content. If a refund is issued, access to the refunded download may be revoked and a credit document may be generated.

Licence

The licence shown on the product page and included with the download forms part of the product terms. Unless stated otherwise, the Sundby Model Works Personal Use Licence permits personal hobby printing and modification but not redistribution of digital files or commercial sale of physical prints without separate permission.

Updates

A purchase covers the product revision and any update entitlement described on the product page at the time of purchase. We may improve a model over time but do not promise perpetual updates unless explicitly stated.

Customer location and VAT

The initial store launch is for private consumers in the EU-27 VAT area. Prices are in EUR and include VAT. While the EU-wide EUR 10,000 cross-border threshold is available to us, eligible sales are treated as supplied in Sweden and include 25% Swedish VAT. Swedish sales do not count toward that cross-border threshold. We monitor qualifying non-Swedish EU sales and pause cross-border checkout before the threshold is exceeded; destination-country VAT/OSS must be enabled before cross-border sales resume after that point.

Business/VAT-ID purchases, customers outside the EU-27 launch scope and territories outside the EU VAT area are not supported by this checkout. For tax compliance and delivery control we compare the billing country selected before checkout with Stripe billing-country information, card-issuer country and, where available, a local network-country signal. Conflicting evidence can pause delivery for review. Network location alone is not treated as conclusive.

Personal data

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice. Full payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in the Sundby Model Works WordPress database.

Disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. Swedish consumers may be able to refer a dispute to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN). Consumers in another EU country may also seek cross-border assistance through the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net). These terms do not exclude mandatory rights under Swedish, EU or other applicable mandatory consumer law.
